I believe that is from before this year started. This year St. Mary Colgan lost a few games, FH should have a higher winning percentage now and be number 1 on the list
It doesn't seem as if this list includes all schools. Just ones that have been able to be tracked through the years. Fort Hill and Allegany are the only MD schools on the list.

Yes. This is true. But if we are talking about winning % I think there should be MD schools on that list.
The point I was trying to make is that most MD schools don't have someone that dedicated to keeping records of the school's history.
It's been said that City and Poly both have at least 600 wins apiece since they started playing in 1889, but there are apparently several years where records are unaccounted for so a true total remains unknown.
yes, I'm sure other Teams do have a very good win percentage but this page does say at least 600 wins
