First time FH caused a fumble after the interception return, after the punt return they held them on downs. 21 -0
Mercy rule is on. 42-7. Not sure how these guys scored 53 on Linganore. But damn.
It's worse that you know you have had this problem since the scrimmages and you still haven't gotten it right.
now that the clocks running, how long until we hear that oakdale wasn’t a good team just to discredit this win just like old mill?
FH has now defeated Old Mill (4A semi finalist in 2019 and only one loss this year) and Oakdale (now 3A but 2A state champions in 2018) this season.
Oakdale scored 53 points last week in a one point overtime loss to Linganore. Yep, Oakdale beat Middletown by 15 and lost to Walkersville by 6.
Yep, games are played on the field.

Let me add…
I have tremendous respect for LancerFan (?), but while Oakdale is a solid team, the Old Mill team (currently 4-1) is a better team.

Honestly not surprised Fort Hill won, definitely surprised by the margin. One of my biggest fears for Oakdale was that they wouldn’t respond well after the loss last week and well, they didn’t. I didn’t see the game but saw the updates on the Moco board, you can’t get into the red zone as many times as Oakdale did and only score 7 points. Sounded like Oakdale got their fair share of yards but Fort Hill buckled down and got stops and turnovers when they needed to, something Linganore couldn’t do, especially late in the game. Linganore exposed Oakdale’s defense last week so I didn’t think Fort Hill would have trouble moving the ball or scoring, just underestimated the Fort Hill defense!
I’m just hoping this doesn’t discourage Frederick County teams from playing Fort Hill because I’m still waiting for that Linganore-Fort Hill matchup lol!
I think for Frederick County and Washington County its just hard to judge from the outside looking in.
I dont think anyone expected FH to beat Oakdale like that from our neck of the woods. Oakdale was close to Linganore by a point and beat Mtown by a little bit (14?)as well. I honestly expected it to be a really close game as did most of the pundits from FC. W.C, well we suck so it doesn't matter what we think as our best teams shouldn't make it out of game 10 . MR and FH should be the S.C. game in my opinion, whoever loses should be ranked as a #2 in my opinion which is unfortunate, hopefully the playoffs will create a rematch. Assuming MR is as good as advertised which I think they probably are. How many carries did Stubbs have today? Didn’t seem like he touched the ball much on offense. Almost appears FH is holding out on some of their offensive weapons until they need them.
That or he's still nursing some kind of undisclosed injury.
That is all I remembered was the one carry. Yes, his pass defense is good. He look good returning the interception
Can someone answer this? Are the 10 players still out from last week against Hollidaysburg? And why is Stubbs standing on the sideline most of the game??
I think they are back, only had to sit out for 10 days , and I believe Stubbs is taking it easy till they need him for sure, still taking it easy to get back to 100% so he doesn’t have to start back over from square 1 is my guess but maybe tod can tell us
Plus now that I’m thinking of it, they would key on him in this game. So run the old wing t and push it down the gut, just like western md does to every other school down state , no one runs it so it had to defend with a defense that is built for speed and pass protection.
For the people in the forum that aren’t familiar, Breven Stubbs has received numerous D1 offers. At least 6 D1 offers. He has a lot of speed and is a good runner.
