Dunbar basketball history question

1993 Dunbar won the 1A state championship and was ranked #17 in the country. Did they move up to 3A for better competition? They won a 3A championship I don’t think they moved classes because of enrollment, then they moved back down

Their enrollment has fluctuated a lot. Went from 771 students (grades 9-12) in 91-92 to over 1,100 a few years later, plateaued for a couple years, then went back down.
