I see some of you have Direct. Since last Tuesday, I've been experiencing an issue with ESPNU. I watched the MD hoops game last Monday and had no problem. When I watched it Tuesday, I noticed about every 10-15 minutes or so there would be a pixellation (sp?) of the picture. In other words, it would go garbled/scrambled just briefly (like a second or so), then return to normal. No problem with the sound, just the picture. Same issue occurred while watching the MD football game this past Saturday. I've noticed the issue each time I tune in to ESPNU since last Tuesday, no matter what show is going on. I have not noticed the issue on any other channels nor has anyone else in my house mentioned any sort of issue. I just got on with Direct on 10/13. I had my satellite dish relocated to a different location on my roof on 11/11. I had no issue between 11/11-11/24, although I can't remember watching any ESPNU during that time period either. My signals all appear very strong when checking them out within the settings. I'm baffled. I previously had Dish Network and never had any issue like this in 8 years with them. Anyone experienced this problem over the last week? I sent an e-mail to Direct and the reply said to call and they may have to switch out equipment (don't want to do that because I have so many things on the DVR already). Am I just overthinking this issue? Ugh.

I watched the MD/Rutgers game and didn't notice any problems. I also watched ESPNU the last several nights for the ACC/Big Ten challenge and the picture was fine. If your other channels are good, I doubt if it's the equipment. Direct-TV has channels on several satellites, each in a different position in the sky. It's possible that when you relocated your dish, something is now obstructing the satellite where ESPNU is located. But if that were the case, other channels on that same satellite would have the same problem. Maybe they are but they are channels you never watch.

Thanks, western. I still have not noticed the issue on any channel other than ESPNU. Watched MD/UVA the other night and noticed no issue on ESPN2. Very odd that it would be only on ESPNU. Hoping the problem goes away over time. If not, might have to get the satellite dish relocated, again.
