Facebook arguments, signs being torn off banks, both sides at each others throats in a way we haven't seen in years, yada, yada, yada. The bottom line is, when it comes to football, what a great product we had on the field this year in both Fort Hill and Allegany. It is perhaps the most overused expression in sports, but both these games, especially the playoff game, really did have the feel of two heavyweights going toe to toe. All I'm saying is, serious kudos to both teams and both programs. Fort Hill is what it is, a modern day Dynasty. But big ups to Allegany for upping their game. The new coach did a great job and they are going to keep improving. Next year is going to be something.

It would appear Allegany has a few more starters coming back than FH...however, it doesn't mean some of the FH juniors couldn't have started if there wasn't so many good seniors...having said that the jv's were pretty strong, beat Allegany twice, once pretty bad. Does anybody have an advantage going into next year?

me personally I think the Jr class at FH is the best class out of the 4 currently in the school.

the 2 junior classes at FH and Alco (next years seniors) played against each other in the D1 Super Bowl as 8th graders

depending on schedules we could see another battle of undefeated teams at HC

Keep in mind the Allegany Jv team probably started 4 or 5 freshman on each side of the ball. Also 2 of thier studs from last year starting on varsity as sophomores. Yes I do know FH had 1 sophomore on varsity.
