I have put together some pretty close projections on how the final point standings will work out for the 1A West.

Here are the current point totals through Week 6:
http://forthillfootball.net/schedules/2019/mpssaa_1A_west.htm
It will be close with FH and Catoctin for the top seed. FH would need an upset or two by their beaten opponents to overtake them. I know Catoctin lost this past weekend and FH over jumped them to take back the top seed. But that will likely change back next week if Catoctin beats Williamsport.
But the important part when looking at all of Class 1A was that Walkersville beat Catoctin this weekend. What that does is set up this seeding for all of Class 1A.
1. Dunbar
2. Catoctin
3. Fort Hill
4. Gwynn Park / Fairmont Heights / Cambridge / Edmondson / ???
In short, neither FH nor Catoctin will have to travel to Dunbar, they can only play them in Annapolis - but the Poets will wind up the No. 1 seed overall.
I will update this projection every Sunday along with the current official 1A West Point Standings.
Keep in mind I use CalPreps to determine future outcomes that make these projections. Here are some of the more cruicial (close call) games that will determine the seeds which I'm not 100% secure with projecting the outcome or the CalPreps projection.
BIG SEED GAMES
WEEK 7
St. John's Prep at Clear Spring
Northern at Mountain Ridge
WEEK 8
Allegany at Northern
Boonsboro at South Hagerstown
Clear Spring at Southern
Mountain Ridge at Williamsport
WEEK 9
Clear Spring at Berkeley Springs
Clear Spring can actually win out the rest of the year and really make a jump. All their remaining games are winnable or loseable. Northern and Mountain Ridge is a big game in Frostburg this week for playoff positioning. Allegany is not out of the playoffs just yet. All they need to do is win one of their next 3 games to get in. Their best shot would appear to be at Northern.
