Everybody hang tight. Things are shifting fast as teams fold and other are not sanctioned.

You would think that Allegany and Fort Hill would stay away from scheduling teams that have a chance of this. It has happened to them too much lately. Thankfully, they didn't have any troubles finding a game this late.
I understand the issues that Fort Hill has filling its schedule. When you have the success that they have had over the past 10 years you expect these type of issues to pop up. Especially considering the MPSSAA doesn't have any rules or mandates in scheduling other than it has to be a sanctioned school by them.Well, while it’s not as much of an issue for AHS, what solution do you suggest when you take into consideration that other than AHS and MRHS no other 1A West teams will schedule FHHS? The same is true for local WV teams. Heck, there are some on this board who believe AHS should no longer play FHHS.
It seems the only alternatives for FHHS are to schedule a team such as highly touted Cathederal out of PA or a team such as Silver Oak that is consistently not very good but a team that will play almost anyone.
Such a risk of scheduling a team such as Capitol Christian appears to be rather necessary as a result of the above.
Colonel and Clear Spring got together on Friday and are now playing a home and home this year and next. This year's game is at Colonel.Clear Spring now needs a home game on 9/6 and Maryland School for the Deaf needs one on 11/2, those were the only other two MD games I had on Capital Christian's schedule.
Colonel Richardson also needs a Week 1 so hopefully them and Clear Spring can get something worked out.
