AND SCORED 54 POINTS!! SMH
There is No Way on Earth that these kids Respect their Coach or want to play for him, really it's gotta be time to hang it up and walk away.
These kids deserve better than this, Who would of thought it would be a good idea to bring back Preaskorn? I would say they would throw a Party if that was to happen right now.
I can see next years schedule already

I’m not in Cumberland and I am not sure of the numbers in peewee league and middle school and junior high school but from the limited knowledge I have it looks like Allegheny has as many kids in their system playing football as Fort Hill. If that is the case then it seems to be a coaching problem at the high school level.

It has been a perfect storm type of situation for Allegany this year. Don't get me wrong, the loss to SOA is bad, but let's not forget what Allegany has gone through this year. With that being said, there is something to say about possibly having a new direction for the program in 2020.

Frederick is 3-3 and Tusccarora at 3-3 had one of those wins from a forfeit from TJ
they have played a few decent teams,
that Walkersville and Catoctin game Tonight showed me Fort Hill will beat Catoctin by 45+ and call the dogs off late 3rd.
I know I get caught up in Teams that have been good in the past but I don't see Walkersville, Catoctin, Frederick or Tuscarora being very good. There is a lot of really bad teams playing football in all of the surrounding states right now.

Wouldn't have been my first pick, but did think going younger was the right way to go ... just knew it was time for Preaskorn to he out. Make no mistake, the foundation of this situation was established during the last years of the Korn era.

This was not the first win for Silver Oak. They were 1-6 going into the Alco game. They beat Maryland Freedom 20-6 on September 28. That game was not a forfeit and I explained what happened with Silver Oak that day in another thread. Never rely 100% on MaxPreps. I have confirmed this with the MPSSAA. If FH beats Silver Oak next week they will now receive 2 bonus points.

Last week: South Hagerstown (3-1) defeated Spring Mills, 38-0; Silver Oak (0-6) lost by forfeit to Maryland Freedom.

I had to track this down during the week.
Silver Oak beat Maryland Freedom 20-6. The game was played through its entirety. About 10 minutes after the game ended officially a fight broke out in the stands. Of which an ambulance had to come and take injured people out. South Hagerstown was set to play SOA the next week. Washington County and the MPSSAA had to do an investigation before approving South Hagerstown could play SOA mostly due to safety concerns. After interviewing both parties and the referees, Washington County and the MPSSAA decided neither team could be held at fault from the fight. SOA gets the win and gets the OK to play South Hagerstown - the Rebels won 26-0.

This is also reflected in the Week 5 MPSSAA point standings as South Hagerstown has been credited with 6.10 bonus points. That is 5 from other wins and 1 from SOA.

The Herald Mail is likely just listing what you see from MaxPreps. Why Maryland Freedom wants to mark it as a forfeit win is beyond me other than they are upset about the fight that transpired. Bottom line, SOA won the game outright and the MPSSAA has officially acknowledged the win and gave proper credit. I would count the MPSSAA as the leading authority.
