I like Andy from the several times I have talked with him concerning various issues. No nonsense and straight to the point. Decisions by people like him in those positions will always be unfavorable to somebody. It's a tough spot.

It will be interesting to see how things work out in the post-Ned era. I mean not saying anything bad about Ned per se but when one guy is in charge that long you don't often get to see things change and evolve. It will be interesting to see if we get more of the same or some favorable change.
