Alco girls are playing for the state championship today. The best pitcher in the area sophomore Abi Britton will be throwing against Patterson Mills 44 game winning streak and one of the best pitchers in the country.

Alco won the state championship 3-2. The girl that pitched against them is the 22nd overall ranked player in the country

Yes, I agree Abby for Alco plays on a National travel team in VA, the girl from Patterson Mill plays on a National travel team in PA. They are familiar with each other. Alco should have at least 2 more good years. Today were two good highschool teams playing each other.
Avery Miller missed 2 events in the state track meet the 100m and 400m which she probably would have won to help her team win the softball championship. When the game was over she went to the track championship and won the 800 meter. She is waiting for the long jump. Avery is only a Freshman
