Northern plays fundamental good hard football. Alleganys line been playing well. Allegany is deep in running backs. Blowe and Williams are getting more plays as they both return from injury. Allegany can not throw or defend the pass. 3 of the 4 games they lost this year were because of pass defense.

Alco is looking a lot better. I see them winning this game by 2 touchdowns or more

Northern isn't Southern or Keyser. Ridge had an edge against Northern with their passing game. Alco doesn't have that edge.

I haven't seen Northern play, except against Mountain Ridge. The Miners' have a non-existent rushing game this year. They struggled to run the ball, stop the run all year long.

Allegany has seemed to find something with their rushing attack. I'd love to see their season rushing statistics through 7 games.

Northern mixed in a few short passes last week to keep the Miners honest against the run. I was impressed with the play calling by the Huskies last week.

I think the big question will be can Allegany stop the Northern rushing attack. It isn't prolific by no means. The Campers can ill afford to give up drives similar to what Mountain Ridge gave up to Northern to start the game.

I would love to see what Phil Carr could do with more talent. He is a hell of a coach.

Alleganys last home game was week 3 against Ridge, You will see a different Allegany Team tonight.

13-10 allegany at half. Hansel had some very questionable time management to end the half. Plays prevent defense on a QB who can’t throw it more than 20 yards and gives up an easy 10 yard out completion to get northern to the alco 35 and then northern gets sacked with no time outs and the clock is running out and Hansel calls a timeout with 3 seconds allowing the clock to stop and northern to kick a 47 yard bomb. Odd time management
